I greatly enjoyed this book. While its focus was clearly on UK and other Commonwealth nations, the concepts discussed were applicable mostly across the board. What kept the book from getting five stars was the chapters that didn't provide new thinking i.e. the naterial in Chapter 7. Wilson's section appears to be retreaded concepts and also contained a strain of FUD I would not have expected from academia. Chapter 2 on using constructivism as means of describing cyberterrorism I found very fascinating. On balance, I would recommend this book both for those looking to learn more about this field of study as well as those with more experience. The veterans of the game will enjoy the new ways of looking at the problem presented in the book.
The book is good but most of the information is rather dated and not ground breaking. It is a good start for someone with no background in cybersecurity or terrorism. It is also slanted towards the UK, although the US is covered.
